NetworX is committed to the safety and protection of minors on our platform. This page describes our child safety standards, prohibited behaviour, moderation practices, and how to report concerns.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

1. Age Policy

NetworX is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. Users below the minimum age are not permitted to create or use a NetworX account.

If NetworX identifies an account belonging to someone below the minimum age, the account may be restricted or permanently removed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

If you believe a user below the minimum age has an account on NetworX, please contact us at support@networx.social.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

NetworX has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent account termination:

If NetworX becomes aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the platform, we will take appropriate action, including removing the content and taking action against the associated account, in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

3. Moderation

NetworX has human moderators who work to protect users and enforce the platform's rules. Moderators may:

Moderators do not necessarily monitor every user or every conversation continuously. We rely on user reports alongside moderator review to identify and address policy violations.

4. Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns and suspicious behaviour using NetworX's in-app reporting system. To report a user or content, tap the three-dot (⋯) menu on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report".

Please report:

Reports are reviewed by NetworX moderators and appropriate action may be taken based on the outcome of that review.

You can also report concerns directly by email at support@networx.social.

5. Serious Violations

Serious violations of these child safety standards can result in permanent account termination.

NetworX may also cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities when required or legally appropriate, and may take appropriate legal action where permitted by applicable law.
